I've been checking youtube every 15 minutes since Friday night for this video. Love the breakdown coach. As a Clippers fan, I was living in hell at halftime and was suddenly living in paradise as I watched this team come back and win the game in a magical performance. The Clippers are for real, though I am concerned about the small ball against Ayton and the Suns, I think playing Boogie some real minutes in this suns series could be an effective way to keep the 5 out attack but have a little better resistance to Ayton. This one was all on coach Snyder, I'm afraid. Though the Jazz's roster contruction got exposed as well. I'm convinced now more than ever that any decent modern team in the league needs at least two options at the center position. A traditional big for rim running and rim protection and a small ball option that can more easily run the floor and switch onto the perimeter. To my observation there is only one true unicorn in the league that can do both at the same time and that is Anthony Davis who strangely enough never really actually wants to play that role lol.

The jazz can do serious things with Gobert but they gotta adjust their gameplan. Like, if Rudy is going to help on those drives they need to rotate the players defending the perimeter to cover for Rudy, and shift the other perimeter guys to switch as well... then get the guy who originally got beat to go back out and defend as well. It’s just really hard to gameplan against stuff like this mid game... they pretty much just stuck to coaching gameplan w/ barely any in-game adjustments. By the time they made any the game was over.
