The Hawkins home for many years. They are wonderful people and huge contributors to the Waco Community (and Baylor). Nell is so pretty, just wonderful and a bit savvy! The Heating and Cooling system is all top of the line Carrier Infinity Zoning Controls and Equipment! (@1:54 you can see the black Infinity Controller on the wall reading 74 degrees top right of the screen, lol!) I know this because I was part of the team who oversaw aspects of the installation and balancing. The video does not show many of this home's true opulence in the fine details or the many rooms is has to offer. I wonder why they are selling? Going bigger perhaps. All the best to them. I now live around the corner in Landon Branch as well.

Mr. Bello, I’m now stumbling across your comment 4 years later. I grew up in and went to high school in Waco, and am currently at Mays Business School at Texas A&M. My parents still live here in Waco, so I am back here often, and I would love the opportunity to visit with you over coffee or lunch at some point. I know this is out of the blue, and candidly I don’t have anything to offer, but I am truly interested in making good company here in Waco.

Well done on the video! Is the Phantom 4 your first drone? I picked up the Phantom 3 Professional almost two years ago, but I have been keeping my eye on the 4 for a future upgrade.

+Adam Voight hey thanks man! And appreciate the sub! I'll do the same. It's actually my second drone. The P3P was my first. It's a fantastic drone! I just upgraded to a 100mbps 4k camera so my clients would have more detail in their videos!

No problem man! The Phantom 4 camera makes me jealous! I shot commercial real estate in Central Texas so I can get away with a slightly worse off camera, but I'd really like to get into landscape photography more and will definitely benefit from the Phantom 4's new technology. Most of my drone stuff is posted on the "KW Commercial Waco" channel if you want to check that out. We doing some truly unique videos for real estate. My personal channel (the one I'm commenting from) is more random anything and everything videos.
