Gaza is thankfully safer from Jēwish settlers (compared to the West Bank) who will only come to build illegal settlements on Palestinian lands, all thanks to Hamas for guarding the whole region. The West Bank on the other hand is being governed by the Fatah, who are naively pacifist by nature. This unfortunately makes the West Bank easier to be occupied by Jēwish settlers. Since Fatah members are pacifist, they do not have the same courage as Hamas to defend the West Bank against illegal Jēwish settlers who have the IDF on their back. They can only keep crying out to the UN and naively thinking UN will do something for them.
