BBC Monitor 1959 T. H. White in Alderney 0757am 9.4.24 monitor seems like a decent show. don't we have interesting folk in the UK, anymore? being decent is quite correct. and there are probably 5 people in the whole of the UK who could qualify for that tagline. jeeez... he looked old for his age. and writing for himself was certainly where old johnny marr culled said sentiment re: his own oeuvre.

White's financial history is actually a bit of a rollercoaster. He couldnt handle money well and spent it as fast as he got it which resulted in long periods of relativ poverty. It was only with the Disney Movie that he became properly wealthy.

Robert Robinson. Well respected in his own field. He did some wonderful book programmes in the past. And I like his confrontational style of interviewing - and he's interviewed some of the greats.

No he would absolutely not, that's sheer nonsense, stop being so fearful. Tradition and heritage can go very well with free thinking, good grace and open mindedness, not to mention generosity, goodwill and creativity, all the very opposite of those groups. Besides, he was a conscientious objector, not exactly extremist material.
