The ex idf member who was an interviewee on the Katie Halper stream said the warning is really a war crime. To warn before striking will tip off the militants. It would be interesting to know what guidance is being given to BBC journalists reporting on Gaza. Most likely, they are instructed to push back against allegations of genocide.
