This is what really set Sherlock apart from all the rest--the score is AMAZING. It's like their music isn't just there to be there, it's there to tell a story as well. The Woman has to be my favorite so far--made the scene AMAZING.

This episode is amazing, because we see and HEAR Sherlock's soul and heart. He shows vulnerability and emotions and humanity. He shows a side that we never see, and it is truly and spectacularly amazing. At the same time, however, it has humor and can make you laugh your head off. Brilliant episode. Absolutely brilliant. Moffat, you are the writer of the century.

Not only is the series amazing but the music is too. The crescendo in Irene's theme is chilling. I'm so happy that I finally started watching it. I do, however, wish that people would stop spoiling the entire series for people who have yet to see it. We get it, you can quote directly out of the show.

Whenever Mycroft said that she was definitely dead and that Sherlock couldn't have saved her, i was like i hope somehow he did. Then i'm watching the end of the episode and i see her close her eyes after texting Sherlock goodbye and i'm like "Whelp, that sucks" and i look away from the tv. Then i hear her Moan(the text tone) and i look back and start tearing up and he saved her, GREAT writing.
