Weird that from 8:54 there is a repeat of some of the earlier stings, but with the larger 'BBC TWO' legend that was used for the idents proper. Wonder if they were considering dropping using full idents with announcement into some programmes and just using stings instead. There's an example of them on KZbin doing this a few years after the 97 rebrand, into The Simpsons just using stings with no continuity announcement, although these are the normal stings with the smaller 'BBC TWO'.

@@williamg209two yes I have but again they could’ve still animated it or at least have some features to look at such as assistive text for audio to show what’s coming up next like oh I don’t know most channels do now a days just ya know something to read or distract us but I am glad that this is not what two looks like now.

@@humanbeing2299 this is a sting that end bit is just in case, like e4 and c4 the pause bit with mean adverts, bbc 2 the puse was prob left just incase thr machines are going wrong to give then extra time, it's completely normal with a sting to have that pause ending
