So what is Kenya doing? Do they have a kelp program. kelp seems to be one plant that does well in salt water and has many benefits. A thought came to mind what if we also did Kelp farming besides in the ocean but in Lake turkana would it work? Kenya has a well established maine dept located in Mombasa do they think of such things exploring different alternatives of the blue economy like kelp farming?
