What was the last UK DVD to have the 1997-2009 ident? Could it be the My Family series 9 DVD, as that was released in late May of 2009?

I really like the 3rd BBC logo. Very nostalgic. It always reminds me of the start of the original series of Fireman Sam on the VHS. I like the 4th because it always reminds of the start of Boys from the Blackstuff on DVD. Including the Tweenies, Balamory and Doctor Who. Including the 5th logo.
