You know, if you think about it, the 10th doctor is technically the only doctor that can come back and be in the presence of and of the other Doctors without creating some kind of wibbly wobbly mishap or breaking any of the Time Lord rules. BECAUSE of Doctor 10.5. The human Doctor that was left of the parallel world with Rose, if he were to somehow get back to the other Earth then he could meet up with 11, so... 10 and 11 meeting is technically not impossible.We should be excited about this.
