No one from Igboland is talking about the whereabouts of Nnamdi Kanu. There was no '' Bring back our Leader Nnamdi Kanu", no rally, no campaign to demand about his whereabouts, no full page newspaper enquiry, no protest. Nothing. But I fear that the worst may have happened to Nnamdi Kanu. I fear that, as the Congolese opposition and British Soldiers did to Patrice Lumumba in The Republic of Congo in 1961, and, as the Nigerian Army did to Ken Saro Wiwa in 1995, I fear that Nnamdi Kanu may have been executed and dissolved in sulphuric acid and buried in an unmarked grave. The truth is, nobody sends a battalion of army soldiers to one man's house to kill him and 22 young men, if that man is not a threat. It shows that this man (Nnamdi Kanu) was opening the eyes of others, and inspiring freedom and liberation to other oppressed people in nearby regions. Look, Nnamdi Kanu may have been brash, doggedly-pigheaded, intransigent, immune to advise and unchristian, but, if you listened closely to everything Nnamdi Kanu said, you will not only realize that Nnamdi Kanu made many very valid points, but, you will also see that everything he said is slowly coming to pass. Killer Boko Haram/Fulanis are now slowly moving south from the north - killing everything in sight. Nnamdi Kanu said this. He (Nnamdi Kanu) called Nigeria 'a zoo'. Now, are animals like 'snake' and 'monkey' allegedly not swallowing money left, right and centre? It is now time for all south to unite. All southerners should put aside all manners of name-calling, insults, looking-down on one another, and bully-tactics and now strategise, network, plan and execute our plans in the most intelligent and effective way that will baffle our enemies. If we start by building 'Trump's wall' all across all states that agree that they belong to the south, to stop the wrong kinds of people getting into our regional border, then later on, we can agree to form our own separate regions and borders. All southern soldiers and police in the north should return back to the south, and all northern soldiers and police in the south should return back to the north. The south can then form their army and police defense units and protect their newly-formed territory. This is just one of my many recommendations/suggestions.
