According to UK immigration law, he's qualified to apply for the 20-year continuous residency visa in 2025 if he hasn't been sentenced to a jail term of 12 months or more in those 20 years. He most likely knew this. So, if he went to court before his 20-year completion, it has to be a smart legal move that would give him something active and pending until 2025. Because if you don't have any active or undecided cases, the Home Office can pick you up at night and drop you in your country the next morning. I know people who have been affected by this church and this man. It almost devastated ones life. This has nothing to do with race. He and his church are NOT who they portray they are. It is worse than what we have even seen. There must be some sort of justice whether its the catholic church or whatever. Me personally, I had a women´s event that was abruptly cancelled at KIA venue London. I asked why as we had paid etc. Turns out that SPAC had (through fraudulent means) rented the same venue and brought in weapons. This had a serious effect on the KIA sponsors/business globally etc.. You have no idea the depth of damage they have caused. The easiest way to deal with his is via this visa situation. I am glad he will be deported so he cannot hurt anyone else.

I don’t understand why you expect him to follow Jesus’ version of Christianity, which focuses on modesty and humility. He’s clearly practicing his own version he said, one centered on lavishness and arrogance. We should respect that and stop expecting his beliefs to produce the results of Jesus' belief. His god isn’t the same God Jesus served-he’s chosen the god of money, not God Almighty. How did it even happened that you have been in a country for how long now and you didn't see it fit to ask immigration professionals what is right and what not? 18yrs old and above are considered adults and are responsible for any decision they make in life. I am not judging the young man but just saying what I think he should know. When I left Nigeria for Australia in 2022 as a student, I know that my goal was to be a citizen here in Australia. It wasn't because I love university so much or I like reading books. So, the moment I landed here I started looking at possible opportunities to become a PR. The PR came just before I completed my studies. So are many out there whose goals maybe to regularise their residency abroad! If he speaks like this in court he would lose. I believe they would consider him though because of the church haha

I am a Muslim and never his supporter but we gotta be fair and let the fair rule of law applies to him.
