It's crazy how they put the interview in the left speaker and anything from the play into the right speaker. Whack

Far too many people, though luckily a minority, seem to fall for the most basic logic fallacy. When Malkovich says bad behaviour will always exist, this is an explanation, not an endorsement. The interviewer, like much of society, are either fools or looking for a headline, and so everyone seems now incapable or unwilling of having an understanding of why something exists, for fear they are labelled complicit. It's absurd. And Malkovich speaks his mind - Ironically, these men who have integrity, and simply say how something is, are the one's who do not engage in many of these dodgy behaviours. It's the one's who lack integrity, and pretend to ally with women, who engage in these behaviours. For some, they feel entitled being an ally (Im the good guy), and for others, it's the expedient option to not have nutjobs like some people here accuse you. Here's an example. Somebody says killing babies is wrong and horrible and needs to stop. I say "of course. not sure you can convince the people killing babies to stop though. bad people just exist" - They say "you must like baby killing"

He knows something. I don’t see bad behaviour ending and hiding his grin.

Watch more interviews and you'll see that he is always mindful with words. Got nothing to do with cancellation.

Of course he knew what was going on, everyone did. The difference is they didn't care and still don't because males like this are a part of and benefit from the system. Malkovich and Mamet both have a long history of engaging in emotionally abusive relationships (with usually much younger women) so why would they be against it?

you are mixing up things - what he didn't get, was the extend of what was going on and how. that lines were crossed a lot of times, where it shouldn't one new. but, usually one didn't talk about it with colleagues on sets esp. not with men. it's not like, everybody in show business, went through the same offices and they could have catch something, but chose to ignore it.

No, not everyone did. There are certain circles. You could be surrounded by scum but not be included in the more shady aspects. I would like some more info on Malkovich's history of abuse towards younger women, can you provide that? I am always keeping an open mind, so I am genuinely curious if you actually have something here.

@@johna.4334 Except this is exactly how males evaluate women. Solely by appearance. It's just being reversed. So you don't need to point out the lack of character since its been in practice for so long....
