It’s not meant to be a safe jump. If your opponent doesn’t have any sort of reversal option on wake up, then you can go for that 3-way mixup. If you want safe jump, then 3C>delay jump cancel>j.C or micro dash 3C>22C>dash cancel into safe jump

And with some characters, you can actually do a safe jump off of nightkasu
