Resistance training is very important.and more effective than all other exercises.. Simply do weighted squats..Live tension free life and have a moderate and balanced food. Take more protein..., Carbs and fats are only required twenty percentage of total intake of food.. Minimum quantity of salt and sugar...I am fifty five years old. No life style diseases..BP, Blood Sugar below 100 and LPD 150.. Still doing my one hour resistance training daily..👍👍

क्यूँकि गाँव में लोगों को पता ही नहीं चलता कि बंदा heart attack से मरा है, वो तो बस ये कह देते है अच्छा ख़ासा था पता नहि अचानक गुजर गया, रात को ही तो मस्त मटन मुर्ग़ा या विशेष खाना(जिसमें अधिक oil होता है ) खाया पता नहि कैसे गुजर गया। विशेष खाना जो शहर में junkfood की श्रेणी में आता है वो हमारे देशी खाने में अधिक oil होने के कारण कहा जा सकता है की junkfood ही है जिसे हम खाते ही रहते है

यकीन मानो या न मानो पर आजकल युवकों में कम उम्र में दिल के बीमारी का कारण, यह भी है कि हमारा समाज युवक-युवतियों को सेक्स करने से परहेज करता है। 20-30 उम्र में इंसान काफी स्ट्रेसफूल जिंदगी जीता है। पढाई, जॉब और करियर बनाते बनाते बनाते, 30 तक उम्र हो जाती है और इस समय स्ट्रेस को मैनेज करने के लिए, सेक्स की भी जरूरत होती है, पर भारतीय समाज हमें ये सब करने की इजाजत नही देता। इसलिए स्ट्रेस कम न होने के कारण इसका असर दिल पर पड़ता है, और कई सारे युवा कम उम्र में दिल की बीमारी का शिकार हो जाते है। शादी भी करनी है, तो आजकल 30 तक शादी नही होती इसलिए सेक्स भी नही हो पाता। अगर हमारा भारतीय समाज थोड़ा समझदार हो जाए, और युवक-युवतियों द्वारा संबंध बनाने को परहेज करना बंद कर दे तो कुछ हो सकता है।

JESUS is neither a god nor a son of God, = > JESUS WAS A MESSENGER OF ALLAH before jesus birth , people follow whom , before prophet jesus people follow prophet of that time like Adam , Moses , Noah , Abraham etc . These were the messenger of Allah at their time on earth now last messenger is Muhammad , you should follow Muhammad now. 1 ) ACCORDING TO CHRISTIANITY = > when people tryied to torture JESUS and want to beat him and kill him even they were thinking to hang on neils etc etc etc is it a quality of god that any one can beat him and to nail , jail and hang him , torture him. 2) Jesus Eat Food When He Was Hungry is it a quality of god ? To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who could possibly intercede with Him without His permission? He ˹fully˺ knows what is ahead of them and what is behind them, but no one can grasp any of His knowledge-except what He wills ˹to reveal˺. His Seat encompasses the heavens and the earth, and the preservation of both does not tire Him. For He is the Most High, the Greatest.. I think, refined oil may be one of the factor for raising numbers of heart attack because it is heated at high temperature with chemicals to remove colour and essential minerals in it. I have seen a video, years ago, of Dr Manchanda where he recommended mustard oil instead of refined oils. it seems, heart attack cases have increased ever since people have started using refined oils.

So this will cut fat, cholesterol, and toxics and you feel energetic. And for medical treatment take TMT test and if test results is negative then you’re ok. And take medicine that controls high blood pressure and arrhythmia. And if you’re having heart attack in past then take Metroprolol succinate or metroprolol tartrate medicine to prevent heart failure,attack and strokes.

अगर आपको लोगों को जागरूक ही करना है तो ये खबर पहले भी दिखाया जा सकता था कि कुछ होने का इंतजार हो रहा था और उसके बाद ये हार्ट अटैक की खबर दिखाई गई अगर आप इतने भरोसेमंद मीडिया है और लोगो को हार्ट अटैक से जागरूक करना चाहते है तो आपको यह खबर पहले दिखानी चाहिए थी ना कि इस वक्त जब एक नामी एक्टर की मृत्यु के बाद यह खबर दिखाना एक साजिश लगता है कुछ गलत होने का इंतजार क्यों करे उससे पहले हम कुछ ऐसा करे की उस व्यक्ति की जिंदगी बच जाए। टीआरपी का ये गंदा खेल बंद होना चाहिए

I quit eating fastfood , cigrattes, alcohal, fried food , decreased use of sugar , quitted packed food biscuits , soft drinks , chocolate , started workout 6 days a week ... doing it sice 4 months lost 13 kgs ... i can sleep well , can study well , scored double the marks i got in previous attempt in exam ... my life is changed ... i was fattest unhealtiest in my family at 95 kgs now i am 81 kgs ... and fittest one

Medicine of Heart attack. 1.Avoid over thinking. 2.Avoid junk food. 3.Happy what you have. 4.Dont stress avoid it taking positive thought. 5.proper sleep at proper time. 6.Dont push your stress through smoking find new way 7.Dont expect more without working on it it's discourage us and result stress. By the way i am not any expert its my personal thought .
