Just an hour ago, I had to concentrate and tackle a listening syllabus. There was a complex question about a direction map that made me puzzled, so I slapped the syllabus down the table. Then, I labeled it as an annoying lesson.

In English, you say, "slap down". In Chinese, we say, "打臉". The Chinese characters and the English words have the same meanings! However, when used, the Chinese phrase might have a meaning of trying to criticise and embarrass the person you're speaking to.

Ultra-process foods might be addictive. Tackling these problems could be slapping labels on the products. However, a worker in one shop forgot to put on the labels, and now the worker is labelled a scatterbrain!

BBC News Review "Junk food addiction": Summary of the story Some scientists think that some ultra-processed foods such as chocolate bars or ice cream should be labelled "additive" to tackle obesity. Vocabulary 1) labelled (adj) - described in a specific or certain way. Exp: She was labelled a clown at school because she used to make funny jokes in class. Label (n) - a piece of paper attached to the clothes or packet that has some information to describe the characteristics of the objects. 2) Tackle (v) - (metaphorical meaning) to try to deal with or solve the problem; (literal meaning) in football try to take the ball from the other team. Exp: Additive warning labels on junk food could help tackle obesity. 3) Slapping (v) - attaching urgently. Exp: Slapping junk food with additive warning labels could help end obesity. That is a great video. Thanks much.

Junk food is so cheap to produce that it tends to be consumed in relatively poor countries. Therefore, Obesity should be dealt with and recognized as well as food shortage.

Good morning, Slapping bad behavior with garlick comes soon at us, tackle with hourchange last coming sutterday of this month could be o problem, menkind shouldn't be labelled... How else, entirely families put out of their inherritage or own skills, like Mendeleev label cause of his orrigine. My brothers and me are still here, mom hope also and dad-somewhere. My brother Simion-Valentin IJAC, english citizen, is alive, and healthy-so I hope, born at 25 of november together with his twinbrother Ovidiu-Valeriu IJAC, the first named known as well as Tom Holland. These all are possible because of struggle and love for life. Have no idea wich year my granny Maria IJAC was born, what I can say, saw today on TV Fatima and realised that I knew and met her again these days, only never knew her name. Thank you all very much, had best summer ever and a hard autamn but good days. Goodies for all, tea or coffees, bread or pumpkin. Corina Miriam Georgeta IJAC 12/13 oct 2023 p.Chr.
