Serg is an amazing songwriter and backup singer, but Tom had more of a Rock edge to him and he was a proper British frontman. This is a reminder as to why Noel Gallagher will always look like a guitar player singing?... and Liam is The Frontman. Everytime I see Noel in concert I'm absolutely chuffed, butIK always find myself looking for Liam to take charge of the stage.

" A guitar player singing", sounds like a lot of front men/women in various genres of rock music, they do both or other instruments. If a band has more than one good singer, gives the band a different dimension, dont see the issue there even in Oasis, they became one of the biggest bands in the UK & world partialy due to Noel . Noel is a star in his own right. It's not a requirement to have only 1 lead singer/frontman. I prefer the old Kasabian and Tom had more of a presence, but Me plus one is maybe my song by them, which Serge sings.

I recognized Rob Harvey right away, I had no idea he joined them. That is very cool. I saw Kasabian and The Music in Vancouver in a small venue in 2005 together. Remains and unforgettable show. The Music were an AMAZING band.

I loved Kasabian, I bought most of their albums. I just can't get used to Serge as a vocalist and frontman. That's what he always wanted but he's not a great vocalist and lacks stage charisma. He's a great guitarist and songwriter

They were a surprise act, and for surprise acts it’s a common occurrence that they’ll play on a smaller stage so as to not interrupt the flow of the main stage lineup. Honestly this tent set up looks like it suits Kasabian anyway; much more personal and contained, probably why the crowd moves like one big unit. Looked super fun!

Kasiban was a surprise appearance on Glastonbury festival on tv because of the weekend before tim Meghan did solo set at isle of Wight music festival. The organisers were frightened there was a backlash with the current singer of the band highly unlikely when he 2 albums in. Heard this in the shopping centre on the sound system the other day

slp. Now I look at everything Serge does with the band and a lot of things become really clear. It's obvious why they held on to the name so much, because without it it's a decade away from such performances. It's a shame to see that. They really were one of the best bands of their time. And it's not even about the weak vocals and ridiculous stage presence. Everything Serge wanted to do but couldn't, Tom did. And now that no one cares, he can do whatever he wants.
