Lucky people those who could see him twice. Not many get to see him live in an acoustic session (and even less to listen Strange Creatures live). I wish I had been there. Jake was brilliant in both sets.

The thing about strange creatures is its complexity. He doesn't play it live often cus its hard as shit to play. Your right. Very lucky people. Iv seen him live 3 times and never once strange creatures. Look at the concentration on his face. By far his most complex song

Big fan here. Nothing wrong with the crowd, either. You don't have to sing the songs out loud to enjoy it. Maybe a few people that didn't know who he was liked what they heard. Also, I like that Jake doesn't run his mouth too much on stage.

Jake willing to hang it all out. Him and his guitar, great strummin, early 1950's music strummin with a plectrum and no electric.......rockabillie style.

Jake just showing that he can busk it better than anyone else these days. This is just what he does. Like a stroll in the park for him. And yes, this audience are awful. They have no idea.

I'm very sorry but I can't get used to his sort of squeeky voice. Sound like a piece out of the 60ies (that isn't necessarily bad, though). Ah, now I have it: It's the renaissance of Lonny Donnegan!!!!! Have a look on YT I beg you! Well, for me George Ezra is no one in the moment, definitely. That's the sort of voice I am smitten with, sorry....

As much as i think his music is genius, his stage presence is so boring.
@ufewlufewlx6059 жыл бұрын
he is a singer not a dancer, if you are looking for a performing seal you are in the wrong place, music is for the ears not the eyes, if you are into visuals I suggest you try the circus, or Strictly Come dancing, or just get back to your one direction videos
@deadmandanny889 жыл бұрын
***** I am fully aware of what he is, i have seen him play live five times. However its called connecting with your audience. My point was that he could try and be more engaging as a performer. Don't patronise me with your flippant comments.
@zenobevandaele26199 жыл бұрын
***** he is right jack white is not a dancer jimi hendrix and his big hero donovan are not dancers but they connect a lot better with the audience than jake bugg does i am still a fan tho
@ufewlufewlx6059 жыл бұрын
Zenobe Vandaele it is the music that makes the connection imo not "stage presence", i think he has plenty of stage presence anyway
