Never thought too hard about Lizzo but after seeing her play the flute whilst pulse-squatting and seconds later going into a bombastic verse and I'm sold. If you can't admit she's talented, you're falling for your knee jerk reaction and you're missing out

I can see there are dancers but unfortunately I can't see their performance because the video cuts away from them so fast. Set designers, sound engineers, in fact everyone contributing to any performance are recognised BY the final one stage’ performance. If it punches without any hitches, they’re recognised BUT they aren’t the one stage’ performer and they’re the ones everything hangs on as far as the punters are concerned! But I get your drift. The sound engineer is only processing what's entering the microphone. The singer is unfit, terribly overweight and her lungs are struggling, that's why her singing is forced and strained.
