Loved watching this guy act. He was so dynamic and could play any part, unlike so many more poplar actors who simply play one role.

One day I'll watch again all his movies and if someone asks me "after all this time?" I will answer "always"! Goodbye Alan "Severus" Rickman. RIP

A classy talented gentleman - who so often excelled at so convincingly making us hate him on screen. A tremendous talent and individual who will indeed be missed.

00:52 I love the way he laughs! Interviewer a little bit annoying but Alan as usual was witty and elegant in his responses. Rickman : such a gifted, sexy but humble actor and a generous man. He will be missed...always

I totally get it. characters need to look like they're listening and not just waiting to speak their line. You speak when you feel the need to. It should look automatic and give us the feeling that it is.

Rest in Peace, Alan Rickman. You are severely missed. The world truly is so dark now, and you were such a bright ray of sun that it almost seems your absence cast long shadows on its clay. So many, like myself will endeavor and subsequently fail to achieve one tenth of your greatness.

Also, BBC can f 'ff for it's bigotry. Mr. Rickman would not have condoned such a thing.

I find listening to be one of the hardest parts of acting. You really need to know your lines and blocking cold, to free up enough space in your mind and psyche to open up in that deep way.
