@@lilacer6841 It’s “debateble” nationalization though. By that I mean it happened in 2008 and naturally production and profits took a nosedive and today lithium production is maintained by private partners(mostly China) picking up where the government has failed to maintain expenditures on. Them joining BRICS doesn’t concern the US anyhow given our refusal to trade with the country that nationalized a large number of mines owned by US companies; 97% of our Lithium comes from Argentina and Chile and that isn’t changing to Bolivia for at least 40 years. Pricing of the white gold has increased but I don’t think these combined variables warranted any coup attempts by the US today; in 20 years that’ll probably change but not today.

First of all, Bolivia isn’t living in democracy since February 21 2016 when 51.5 % say no to the continuity of Evo Morales; then isn’t accurate to ask "Defend the Democracy". Second, there’s no independent entity which could make justice of any kind; all powers in the country are controlled by the government since Evo Morales was president for the first term and actually with Arce Catacora, almost 20 years of abuse and crimes against the Constitution and Laws, Even the Electoral Organ is under the influence of the powerful stablished government. Finally, International Press Agencies always forget the fact that Evo Morales resigned in 2019, there have never been a coup. But now all this staged circus mounted by the Group of Puebla with Crisis Actors with a very bad director, with people from Venezuela, which are new commers; are trying to show that the opposition was who attempted this alleged failed coup.
