Correct sir thanks
@eye4aneye7604 жыл бұрын
The Witness Yes you are correct. I recommend you look at the quranic exegesis associated with this verse if you are curious about the legal ramifications, although not all jurists agree on the specifics of the implementation of this punishment for highway bandritry. Furthermore, I would also direct you to verse 5:34 which directly references 5:33 stating: “Except for those who return [repenting] before you apprehend them. And know that Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.”
@eye4aneye7604 жыл бұрын
The Witness The tafsir I read for 5:33 discusses hiraabah (war against god and his messenger) which concerns violent acts such as highway banditry and fisad fil ard (mischief in the land/earth) that concerns nonviolent actions that may cause disruption and destabilization of society. These terms are vague though, and the State or deciding judiciary has latitude in punishing crimes according to their levels of severity , ranging from imprisonment to capital punishment. This is not all that different from the US and other legal systems in theory. As for apostasy, apostasy in the context of the early Muslim period saw scholars less concerned with one’s beliefs and their desire to leave Islam. Rather, they were more concerned with one who left Islam and was actively seeking undermine and threaten the stability and viability of the earlier Muslim states/polities. In today’s context there is no longer a world divided into the “abode Islam” and the “abode of war,” so many modern scholars will argue that it is perfectly fine to leave Islam especially taken in the light of verse 2:256. This approach, of course is not always reflected in other Muslim countries due to differences in opinion among Muslim scholars and the different judiciary systems of the state in question.

Also, some of prophet Mohammed rules in wars that don't kill women, old people and children. Don't even cut a tree. Don't destroy buildings, houses and the Holy places like the church. Don't kill animals. Don't treat the prisoners in a bad way and provide them with good food and good clothes. All these rules and more that prophet Mohammed PBUH teaches us in wars while other religions have no rules in wars they do everything and they kill anybody no matter what. So please don't relate rerrorism to Islam couse western people did and still do the most horrible wars in so many countries and don't forget what they did to the native Americans (Ameridian) this is what you call terrorism honey.

Samya Ahmad if killing is forbidden in islam why did your prophet killed people, as we know your Prophet experience many battles so killing must necessary he might kill some innocent people during the battle your prophet personally violates that teaching😂😂😂 and also some islam majority country punished people by death 😂😂😂 we not sure that all people put to death are the real criminal 😂😂😂 and please what the couple done in video doesn't represent anything it there choice to do good things without reading Qur'an as long they had good heart they well do that such good things .

@@Myeyesduck you're wrong, Quran teaches us to not to initiate war always calm down the tension with peace treaties. Prophet never indulged in war unless the army was in drive to attack them and none can sit still if people are going to kill them, Islam teaches to defend ourselves . When prophet conquered Mecca he killed none and forgave all his enemies, that pure hearted and blessed was my prophet. The next thing you said was many countries give death punishment that is for those who killed innocent human being if than also the family of the murdered one forgive the person than no punishment applies. So simple is my religion with harmony , kindness and love for other human beings as peace is it's name.

@@zak3172 This IS about foster parent appreciation. It's really obvious from the nature of the discussion in the three interviews that the focus is on the QUALITY of foster parent care. The idea seems to be that what matters more is the ability and willingness of the carers to meet children where they are and allow for cultural differences while making children feel safe and comfortable.

The mom is so well-spoken. Brilliant, really. I think she's actually the typical Muslim mum who's always so motherly, generous, caring and most importantly, never expecting anything in return. I'm a non-Muslim (and ethnically very different from Pakistanis) who stayed alone in Pakistan for some time for my university exchange several years ago (Pakistan was already taking a bad rap from mass media at that time). The genuine, unconditional kindness that i received from my (majority Muslim) host families was IMMENSE. Not only in big cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, but also smaller places like Bahawalpur, Mastuj, Multan etc. since i had to travel a lot. I have a health condition that can relapse without trigger/warning and had a very bad attack in Mastuj one night. I remember how mum and dad of my host family loaded me into their pickup truck at about 2am without delay, drove through pitch dark, winding mountain roads to the nearest health facility (for at least 45mins in dangerous conditions where vehicles have to give way to oncoming ones as roads are really narrow), meanwhile desperately dialling for a doctor to be there since doctors were available "on-call only". To this day, I still remember clearly the comforting voice of my host parents and host mother holding my hand throughout the excruciating pain i was experiencing. They stayed with me till daybreak, never leaving my side until i was well enough to be taken home. At home, they and their children (even the younger kids) helped me with everything i needed and nursed me back to the pink of health. Host mother prepared separate meals every mealtime for me as i could not eat the same food the family was eating. And yes, this family is a Muslim one. Ps. I did not even pay rent. I offered to help pay for expenses towards the end of my stay as i felt really bad about it all, they vehemently declined and said they were just glad i was fine. It's often really unfair, grotesquely skewed the way media portrays certain nationalities/religions. More reporting like this one about Mr and Mrs Arshad should be made, to educate ignorant people who think that simply by watching their local news, they'd know everyone and everything in the world.

Beautiful comment. Conveys similarly what I've experienced in such a well-spoken way. Non-Muslim and NZ European with health issues, and it can strike me at times how Muslims are so switched on to other people's suffering, and will fight tooth and nails for what's basically strangers. Had similar experiences in hospital. I hope more people can see them as we do.

Christine Thornhill Interracial fostering raises so many ethical issues and needs to be discussed. I for one as English persons have a lot of questions about this. For instance are children of English descent (or another other ethnicity for that matter), entitled to retain the ethnic and cultural identity of their birth parents in the event of them having to be fostered? In the future, the demographics of England are going to be a lot less English. So naturally interracial fostering is going to become more common. Is there a chance this could create a lost generation of English children if English children were to be raised by parents with a foreign religion and culture, would it be fair to deny them a right to be raised in a cultural environment in line with their own ethnic background and culture, which is such a crucial component to the human experience? I am not taking anything away from these people btw, what they have done is a good thing. Raising a child that is not your own for whatever reason that may be, should be praised. But questions should be asked on what would be better for the welfare of the children in the events of interracial fostering.

Christine Thornhill you're just a moron trying to sound all tolerant.
@Llynnyia7 жыл бұрын
@Christine Thrornhill exactly correct plus then the child learns tolerance and gains multi-cultural exposure, which is invaluable. They obviously don't make her conform to Muslim religious standards so there is no ethical issues in that way.

I'm not trying to say we shouldn't love each other as humans. However, we're all humans with our own unique traits and personalities, some are better people than others. The problem with saying we should all get along and love each other because we're all human, is that it's impossible. Each human is different and unique in their own ways. Some humans just can't click with others, some personalities don't match with others. That's life.

Callie Marie yes because many from there are muslims and extreemist lies amongst them in greater proportion. Definitly to every rule their is an exception. But trust me, people dont have time to be seperating who is who. Once a good proportion of a certain group of people begin to behave in a common way, they become associated with it even though not all might be guilty of that attribute.. if I saw a muslim from Malaysia, I wont be moved. But a muslim from north Africa or the middle east, as a nigerian from a boko haram terrorised region, I will keep ma distance..
