What’s life like when darkness and blackness are concepts that don’t mean anything to you? How do you navigate through a bustling city like India’s capital, when you can use all your senses except sight? In this short documentary, 28-year-old Ram Singh takes us on a journey to show us Delhi through his eyes.

I appreciate BBC News India and senior video editor Anshul Verma for making this short documentary about the struggles and hindrances which we go through on daily basis. Because of journalists like Anshul, BBC journalism is respected and stands out the most. Anshul deserves all the credits. Anshul Verma expertly directed and completed the work of the producer, director, reporter, cameraman, video editor, and assistant to guide me through during the shoot. It's time to spread awareness of disability, inclusion, and accessibility among able-bodied people. This brief documentary tries to explore accessibility issues and built-up impediments in Delhi, the nation's capital. It's also interesting to observe the difficulties a blind person has accessing daily life activities. It would be interesting to know what my fellow disabled people think.

In Delhi, Where the heaven for scammers, It's even hard to survive for the common people without any disability. It's like everyday war. I'm not talking about women safety.

Thank you BBC for showing us the world of a person without an eye. It is always a treat listening to Ram Singh, a person full of wits. We need to grow as a society and develop an environment, friendly to our visually challenged friends. I just hope that we shall collectively put our efforts in bringing this change. For those who want to help visually challenged students by recording books for them, please join "Let's record" initiative by "Vargashikshak".

This is the most stupid document ever met. Mr Rama is very poor and mobility and orientation. Please unable to move him on his whole. Unfortunately BBC has published this document from and in Cable person I am in Delhi. Delhi is a very good place to move around, you can’t expect braille labels in open market while purchasing clothes do it. Does he have braille labels in his house for the toilets, kitchen or anything so that is too much expectation so I have better mobility hub been moving in Delhi for so many years and I don’t face any problem. There are certain limitations me how to limit this

This ableist world has reduced us to a mere inspiring object. People with disabilities our daily dealing with such problems but able bodied just romanticise that and ignore the real problem. It could be a tiny but much needed step in order to make them realise how ignorant they are and romanticising our disability doesn't help. Its your nice initiative and surely it would be eye opening for many people. Looking forward to more such videoes around disabilities and their inter sections. Please do stories about Dalit Bahujan Adivasis, women and LGBTQAI marginalised disabled

I really appreciate this. The protagonist here is Ram bhaiya who is my senior and I have been in touch with him with respect to my dissertation writing. I can surely say he is a gem and can fail very big intellectuals out there. He is exceptional and this documentary is really showing their plight and obstacles which is not even in the eyes of big bureaucrats. It's pathetic to say when we are saying we are developing , I would say have a look in their aspects and you will realize how developing are we in true sense. Although I can see but still I can feel their pain and sufferings. Everyone should introspect and ponder over this big issue pertaining in evil eyes of us. Thankyou creators for bringing in such a beautiful piece of work which is an eye opener for all of us. Really a good job🙌💫
