ఇంట్లో ఆడవారు డబ్బులు కోసం భర్తలను వేధించే వాటిలకు కూడా కొత్త సెక్షన్లు తీసుకురండి . పెళ్ళి పేరుతో భర్త కు వ్యతిరేకంగా ఉండి ఏడిపించే వారికి కూడా కొన్ని చట్టాలు రావాలి . ఈ రోజుల్లో ఆడవారికి అస్సలు భయం లేదు, విచ్చలవిడిగా తయారవుతున్నారు .

కొత్త సీసాలో పాత సారా అన్నట్టుగా ఉంది. 90% పాత చట్టాలను అటూ ఇటూ తిప్పారు . పెరిగిన జనాబకు సరిపడా తగినన్ని కోర్టులు నియమించకుండా , న్యాయమూర్తులునూ నియమించకుండా FIR నమోదు చేసిన మూడు సంవత్సరా లలో న్యాయం జరుగుతుంది అని కొత్త మార్పులు చేసినంత మాత్రన న్యాయం జరుగుతుంది అనడంలో న్యాయం లేదు

ఈ చట్టాలు నీలాంటి నాలాంటి సామాన్యులకే తప్ప ప్రభుత్వానికి ప్రభుత్వంలో ఉన్న రాజకీయ నాయకులకి ప్రభుత్వంలో ఉన్న అత్యున్నత స్థాయిలో ఉన్న ఉద్యోగులకు లేనట్టే అన్నమాట ప్రజలు చేసే తప్పులు కి ఇటువంటి శిక్షలు ఉన్నాయి ప్రభుత్వం చేసే తప్పులు కి ఎటువంటి శిక్షలు వేయాలి

నేరాలు చేయకూడదు అనే బుద్ధి ఎవడికీ లేదు.కొత్త నేరాలకు కొత్త శిక్షలు అని చెప్పటం మానేసి బ్రిటిష్ పాత చట్టాలు అనే ప్రచారం ఎక్కువైపోయింది.

ఆ పేర్లు ఏంటిరా ఎవడి భాష లో వాడు వాడుకునే హక్కు, అలాగే ఇంగ్లీష్ లో అవి అలాగే వుండాలి కదా... ఆ ఫ్రాడ్ అమిత్ షా నార్త్ హిందీ సంస్కృతం బ్యాచ్ నాన్ హిందీ వాళ్ళపై ఇది రుద్దుతున్నారు... అసలు ఎవడితో చర్చించకుండా...ఎవడో ఒక hod నల్సార్ వాడి తో చేపించి అది రుద్దితే...ఎలా... అలాగని అసలు సవరణ వద్దు అని కాదు.

We should wholeheartedly support the new criminal laws. These laws have been enacted after debates and discussions by the academic institutions and the stake-holders and after taking into account the objections. As laws always evolve any difficulties in the implementation of the act or compliance with the procedures can be taken care of on the basis of experiential data. There is no need for unnecessary panic about the possibility of misuse of the law. We should have faith in the judiciary that any misuse will be rectified through judicial review. The law is good only as much as the person who implements it. Hence, Governments should simultaneously put in place the required service personnel, judicial officers and proper infrastructure to ensure the efficient implementation of the new laws. The ultimate test of success of the new laws is the delivery of justice to the common man who should view the police as his own brother ready to help him in the hour of his distress. The noteworthy feature of these laws is that they are victim-centric. The civil liberties organizations and advocates who think that the laws may lead to police excesses during the increased police custody should remember this.
