Not really. They just mean that he will immediately work himslef up to a sweat just before filming those scenes. Whereas the others moreso chose being sprayed with water instead. It's like how he's better at playing tennis than them because he started practicing privately once he got the role long before everyone else began training. So he likes to put in the extra work. I think because he's accustomed to the theatre world where there's no movie magic and Everything is live
