The eyes tell a lot about a person's mental health. Looking into Jesy's eyes in this performance, it is clear something was dangerously wrong. She looked as though all of her light was snuffed out. I do think she wanted to go solo, but I also think she was in crisis mentally. People need to understand that two things can be true at the same time. Seeing Jesy like this was disturbing.
