Just finished reading an article from last year that featured on Auto Trader. It was carried out by an independent market analyst and concluded that the Peugeot 207 was the most reliable USED car on the market, with just 6% breaking down in the 1st year, and still the most reliable over 5yrs. If you get the diesel 1.4, it's £30 per year to tax, insurance group C and gives you 64-73mpg depending on the kind of driving. It's the perfect first car for many, many reasons...and yeah, I drive one. :)
@chazstahs14 жыл бұрын
one of those guys was parkour trained, the other free running. the beanie guy did not do multiple flips over.. signs, bins, tables where as the other did. mainly, saving his energy and faster travelling time.
Anyone can drive a car, but not everyone can do a freakin handstand on top of a building! Whoever came up with this is amazing and has some balls to jump over buildings and shit.

James May says "I must have averaged 10 or 12 miles an hour. I should win." Traceurs and traceuses can run at those speeds, but it's in a straight line. It's faster, it's more fun, it's more athletic, and the world itself seems brand new. You start looking at everything differently. Now, which is more fun, parkour or Peugeot?

@TheKre8ion from wikipedia: The term freerunning is sometimes incorrectly used interchangeably with l'art du déplacement. While l'art du déplacement aims to enable the practitioner to be able to move quickly and creatively past obstacles, freerunning is a competition sport, with Urban FreeFlow being credited with this change of definition. Freerunning includes the use of tricking moves such as aerial rotations and spins, ....theres more

Nope, the hardest part is definately keeping all those mixed up parkour emotions bottled up inside for so long before finally coming to the realization that it's who are and admitting to all your friends, family and girlfriend at the time that ... you like parkour. Then probably the second hardest thing is the first night you and your parkour partner decide to go 'all the way' and 'backflip' all night. And then ... I'd say it's probably the landing-on-your-head thing you mentioned is next.

@DJCroisades They were doing both, you cannot seperate Free-running from Parkour, because it is just the addition of free-styling such as flips to Parkour, however, Parkour is seperate from Free-running.

it's a different discipline... it's like saying jogging and track running are the same... pk is about getting from A to B the quickest and most effective way, whereas fr is more about the acrobatic movements using an urban environment.
