Heartbreaking to see you struggle, but there is no question you are doing a good thing and it's also good to stop whenever the burden of sharing your grief publicly would harm you. ❤

Roman you are such an eloquent young man. Joe would be proud to have a friend who was speaking out on not only his but so many other young men's behalf. You are doing so much for so many, stay strong x

You are a lovely caring man and will reach lots of young and old people you will never ever know about. Carry on with what you do. I lost my daughter 47 in 2022 and my son 43 in march this year 2024, not through suicide but through mental health. Take care Roman what you are doing will hepl more than you will ever know xxx❤

It is okay to set boundaries. You are not the 'Suicide guy' you are a man who cares about ensuring people know about the facts and issues surrounding suicide. ❤ As a survivor I thank you for your compassion, empathy and vocalisation of this.

I lost my partner at 20 and was an absolute mess throughout my 20s bc I was already low before that. No one wanted to deal with my emotions and it was hard to see people move on even though I wanted to too. I’m getting better now that it’s been ten years. seeing the support he has and the raw emotions he feels makes me feel less alone.

One of my friends died almost 10 years to suicide…I hadn’t seen her for a very long time. She just turned 30, she was one of the lovest, kindest & beautiful person you could meet! I still think about her & miss her 🤍

First thing my therapist told me after the initial "why are you here" phase was this: There is nothing wrong, or defective, or missing, with you. You are human and to be human is knowing yourself.

Wow, feel for you! It's shit! Can see the burden you are carrying. try and flip everything around... Joe obviously like you and what you stood for so put yourself in his shoes and ask yourself would you be ok with what you are doing? If that answer is yes... then you have your answer and need to accept that he would trust and support your judgement. 💪. (Ex Singer struggling from depression and apathy- taking fluxotine).

This might sound raw, but I'm the complete opposite of this guy , I feel letting it out causes more drama and a bad aura for everyone. Most people feeling down are usually hooked on pharma or hard drugs, we need to look harder at the root of the problems

I'm not hooked on hard drugs or pharma. Ain't sharing my problems with no one though. That's what society does.

Some people are put on this earth for a reason. You can’t change what happened, but highlighting the dangers and showing people that there is help, and the fact that though it’s a struggle you’re getting through it, is the best thing you can do for Joe. Because there are thousands of people out there like Joe, who are desperate.

Roman, you are an amazing young man, with a great heart, and great family. I am sorry for your loss. You have helped me. Love listening to you and your dads podcasts. My youngest brother Paul hanged himself at 25, back in 1996, and I miss him sorely and regret not being there for him, in his time of need and wish it was me, and not him. Also sexually abused by a teenage male babysitter for many years from around 6 into my teens. Not told anyone bar one friend. Never got married, no kids, no girlfriend and probably gay. Don’t know if that’s the sexual abuse that has caused that or not. 60 next year, and will be so glad when life is over. Anyway Roman, keep up the good work. Joe, his family, your family and many of your friends and listeners so proud of you too.

Raising awareness of the importance of mental health is such an important thing and the more that can be done to help people, the better. Mental health problems are something that so many people experience during their lives and so many people go unnoticed and before you know it, it's too late. We should all have someone to talk to or to show us what to do if we are struggling, it's OK to not be OK. ❤️

Get closer to Jesus or God and you won't have this problem anymore. God is love. Men who are followers of Christ are quite admirable. Let's pray for each other that we may all get through our hardships in life. 🙏
