Btw my grandparents and a parent were born there, so they are technically Bengalis and by nationality, eàst Pakistani, and they themselves observed what Bengalis did to those who sided with Pakistan's integrity, so my family migrated to west Pakistan. Still, I confess and ashamed of our then government was unfair in financial and political matters with our Bengali province but the exaggeration about army killing and r*ping that many people , sorry factually it's not correct... Infact they were encoutring the rebellions so eventually some people definitely die which happens all over the world. Isn't it happening in Bangladesh rn? What Sri Lanka did to the rebellions there? And what India is doing in many of it's state? Obviously to curb the rebellions (and in our discussion's view, freedom fighter) what will you say to that?

Punjabi dominated establishment never wanted to continue with east Pakistan so as a last and desperate option left for Bengalis to accept the will and consent of punjabi establishment resultantly we saw Bangladesh on the world map! I agree with the 30 percent govt jobs quota for the offsprings of the freedom fighters what's wrong in it! This is the only way to recognize and remember their struggle and sacrifice for an independent Bangladesh had there been no Bangladesh the protestors would not have even 44 percent general quota for bangalis because maximum would have gulped by the punjabis and pushtoons in the name of Pakistan as is being done against karachieits in the present pakistan!
