我是自由派，我理解香港人的诉求，也支持你们和平的追求自由民主，但是这种方式我个人不太认可，有以下几点原因。 1.不懂技巧 政治斗争很多时候不是一蹴而就的，是一步一个阶段而来的。当政府已经完全同意撤回国安法时，事态并没有得到缓和。反而立马提出更多的要求，而且要求即刻同意，那么共产党会怎么看，认为这种妥协是无止境的，就更加能下定决心的镇压。 2.不得民心 (1)在香港的内部方面。开始和平游行示威时，多数男女老少香港人都愿意参与进来，但是随着暴力事件升级，已经严重影响普通老百姓的人生安全和正常生活了，从而导致越来越多人盼望尽快结束这场动荡，重回安稳的生活。 (2)在中国大陆方面。当时2019年客观事实上中国共产党在大陆搞了30年的改革开放，人民生活也有巨大的提升，那会的中国虽然有一部分隐患爆出来，但是大家对政府还是处于比较满意的状态，那种爱国情怀还是发自内心的。你上来就直接用种族歧视的语言攻击谩骂，没有给过任何一个机会冷静下来表达一下自己的诉求，民主的价值意义，而且用一种和小粉红同样野蛮的方式“扣帽子”，上来就骂支那蝗虫等难听的词汇。根本就不能得到大陆人的支持。虽然大陆的政府不是普通老百姓说了算的，但是至少在舆论方面会对中共有很大的限制力。打个比方假如在疫情期间游行反对习的独裁，再宣传民主重要性，那我相信更多的大陆人会接受。 3.没有真正理解民主 在我看来真正的民主是允许不同声音的存在的，哪怕真的不同意，也不能用这种极端暴力的手段去改变别人思想。在一幕幕的镜头中，有因为没接传单就被殴打的老人，有被泼油漆点活活烧死的，甚至看到有台湾记者因为说普通话被打的。难道这是一个正常民主社会诉求吗？我认为显然不是，甚至有点民粹主义。追求民主可不是消灭一切和你意见不同的个体。对中国的讨厌本能上的厌恶多于对专制主义的批判。对自由民主的口号多于对自由民主实现的过程。 最后我想说，往后不管怎么样，香港和大陆已经紧密相连了，只有当大陆完全民主化以后，香港才能更进一步追求自己的自由。我希望香港人也好，台湾人也好，能给个机会好好坐下来聊聊，给大陆人一个认识了解民主的机会，宣传民主的价值和好处，远远比扣帽子好用。

And this wars, against all varieties of sovereign nations. From going against the Sultan of Morocco, to invading the tiny island of Grenada. Well, this means that in its entire history, it has only had 17 years of peace, and even fewer, cuz here the almost 5 years (1861-1865), of its Civil War of Secession are not counted (Union/Confederates), since this war was not with another country, but against US. And the wars against the Native Nations of America are not counted too, for the same reason). Anyway: US fought against 29 countries. It has "Grown" 711 times the size of its territory from the original 13 colonies. It has provoked with total impunity, Genocides, inside and outside its own borders, and assassinations of Gov’t. Leaders, Coups d'État and Economic Blockades in 6 UN member nations. (Between 1947 and 1989, the US tried to change other nations gov’ts. 73 times. It includes 66 covert Ops. And 7 overt ones. In Civil Wars: The US has taken advantage of and intervened without justification in the following Civil Wars: In Cuba (1898 and 1960). In Haiti (1813 and then 1915-1934). In Colombia (1899-1902 and 1948). In Mexico (1847 and 1914 and again in 1916). In Russia (1918). In the "Republic Banana Wars" of Central America (1912-1934). In Venezuela (1945 and again in 1948). In China (1857, and 1900, and again in 1945-1946-1949). In Korea (1950-1953). In Viet Nam (1959-1975). In Panama (1964 and again 1989). In Central Africa (1969-1974 and 1982-1988). In Nicaragua (1937 and 1985). In Bosnia (1995). In the Philippines (1898 and 1900)... In Kosovo, Libya, Lebanon, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Afghanistan, etc.). And more: US has almost 800 Military Bases scattered around the world; 93 of which are against China. On the other hand, China and N. Korea (The "Axis of Evil"), in 1,000 years of history have NEVER invaded anyone. These nations have fought their Civil Wars, defended themselves against foreign invasions, and secured their immediate borders, but they have never been meddling or aggressor countries. Do you know how many Military Bases China or N. Korea have outside their territory? None. Zero. Any. NADA! They do not have a single Base. These are verifiable facts. Neither China nor Korea will invade the world; US does... that's DONE, as US does in the Middle East. Iran also does not have a SINGLE MILITARY BASE outside its national territory, and it is surrounded by 16 US Bases, and it is US who call the Iranians Terrorists. Well, very good. You already know. Now, compare the Greatness of the US with the Greatness of China. The "Greatness" of the US is built on the foundations of Piracy, Slavery, Genocide, the Assassination of opponents, Opium Traffic, or Cocaine in its case, and is under the foundations of the weakness of other sovereign nations. some idiocy in Hong Kong with a lot of biased and specious arguments, saying that the "Extradition Law" of Hong Kong is not trustable but hurts human rights, it is using a Pseudo-proposition to deny the social justice of human beings over the rule of law and ignored the basic facts of social justice to make the groundless accusation, aiming to set Hong Kong Government against Hong Kong citizens and accusing it to infringe on the freedom of speech and human rights. The jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Government over the Hong Kong Basic Law - Extradition Case depends on legal evidence. The proposed revised Extradition Law has indisputable reason over the situation of a killer case that happened in Taiwan, backed by upholding the rule of law not to harbor criminals, in the traditional sense should be applied to the context of justice. It's wrong to dress in the garb of freedom and human rights to take obfuscation for a reason and made a false statement to undermine and smear the Hong Kong Government. He is not only beneath the principle of media standpoint but even more so beneath the sensible level to discuss the situation of Hong Kong. It is a factual reality that Hong Kong is China's independent special administration region. The most important interpretation of the Basic Law of Hong Kong is that defines the independent judiciary system with the utmost concern of the Hong Kong people. When people shift their eyes to the Assange extradition case and the case in Canada relates to Huawei's Ms. Meng, these extraditions are the most disgraceful events in the 21st century. Compare with these two cases, the proposed revised Extradition Law is more in line with the spirit of democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. The Hong Kong Government stressed that the current Fugitive Offenders Ordinance needs to be updated in light of the ongoing case of Chan Tong-kai, a resident of Hong Kong. Due to a loophole in the law, Hong Kong is unable to extradite Chan, who is accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend in Taipei, Taiwan last year and returning to Hong Kong afterward. Taiwan is blatantly against the proposed revision of the Hong Kong Fugitive Offenders Ordinance as the legality of the Ordinance also applies to the Taiwan region, which is part of China. The Taiwan Government claimed that the proposed revision would infringe on Taiwan's so-called "sovereignty". It’s a proposal, or a set of proposals, which would not and could not strike a terrible blow against the rule of law, Hong Kong’s stability and security, and Hong Kong’s position as a great international trading hub. The intention of the proposal is only to plug the existing legal loophole. While the Hong Kong Government has raised the threshold of the proposed revised Ordinance to serious crime offenders only, who committed a crime anywhere and return to Hong Kong, with a sentence of a minimum of 7 years imprisonment, under these circumstances the Extradition Law will apply. The proposed revised Ordinance also excludes nine specific economic offenses and there is no issue with suppressing freedom of speech whatsoever. A person who offends the law in Hong Kong would not be extradited to Mainland China. There is no indication that the proposed revision will infringe on human rights and freedom as this is the only cooperation of mutual legal assistance. We could not help to suspect that most so-called "Western democracies" oppose the revision of the Extradition Law to justify the riot in Hong Kong. Did foreign forces orchestrate the peaceful mass protest and the unexpected eruption of violence after the peaceful marching? Did they also instigate the blocking of streets by youngsters around the Legislative Council which began even before the Extradition Law was due to be debated? The riot was meticulously planned and staged, as you can see from all the news videos which show the rioters' weapons, helmets, goggles, snacks, drinking water, and prepared bricks. These are the pieces of evidence pointing to a conspiracy. Most Hong Kong people are Chinese and are disinterested in the debate of the proposed revised Extradition Law which would not infringe on human rights and freedom. When we consider the number of Hong Kong people who have the "Enter Mainland of China Permit" which exceeds six million, this is a solid fact that Hong Kong people have put their trust and faith in the Chinese Government in terms of its rule of law and the legal system. It is only on a demonized level to say that the Chinese Government will take advantage of the proposed revised "Extradition Law" to damage the human rights and freedom of Hong Kong people. It is only a Pseudo-proposition coupled with ignorance among people, especially youngsters who completely ignored the truth and the context of the proposed

中國政府在香港回歸時，在全國人民代表大會同意，制定基本法，實行一國两制，將香港自治權力賦予香港政府管治，實行基本法，而領土主權及主權權益，仍屬於中國政府。中國政府在歷史記錄上，是言必信，行必果。基本法對於香港政府的組成，有明確的規定。在推進基本法進程，承诺實现普选；所以，在2002年，根據基本法進程，循序漸進，把區域治理用直接選舉產生區域議會，再從區域議會選舉出立法會議會代表，也開放立法會議會直接地區立法會議會代表了席位。加入了功能組織代表了各階層民意，推進了民主進程。在2014年，透過諮詢各界，把治權利用雙普選，達到港人治港的目的。但由於在2017 年，各種不同的漢奸和走狗，煽惑無知者遊行暴亂，所以做成普選進程受到阻礙。並不是推出一個假普選來欺騙香港人。而你的幻想和幻覺，卻是開了私人法庭，你自己做了法官，再用扭由的面孔去决定"自由式法律"精神去詮釋法律，罔顧社會秩序和法治。今日中國政府的决策，是為天地立心，為生民立命，為往聖繼絕學，為天下開太平。而政出是行而宜之，使法量功，不自度也。，何來獨裁？共產主義是一種主張，認為社會的公權和財富，是全民共有，不分彼此，人人平等。所以，共產黨人是要從基層的民衆發展出來。不能世襲，不準賣官鬻爵，不用血缘。一個共產黨人，從黨員到幹部，從幹部進入中央，長路漫漫。而升級是靠考核和良好的記錄。有着各階級的代表性，他們的選拔，履行了真正的民主。而人民大會代表的組成，和政治協商，顯現了實質的民主政治，既不會是暴政，也不是獨裁。

@越人 看完我觉得中国对于处理香港占中，游行没有一针见血的作用。1，香港作为一国两制，不属于社会主义制度，需要一套完善的民主，立法，选取，多党执政条件，需要人民维持相关监督准则。对于这样的诉求，保守派的中国政府，只给出了基本法显然是不够的，没有政治体制改革难以平复香港事件，只会推波生势！作为中国大陆人，外人的角度看出来了相关问题，但是也想奉劝香港，如果中共执政下，还是以保守作风对待香港，说实话香港真的毁到了中共手中，后面还需要加油啊！支持香港民主，反对港独！推进香港民主化进程致敬🫡

19年，我在北京，和几个同事说起香港的游行以及政府的态度，深刻地体会到墙内墙外的割裂感。一方面，香港对于大陆政权的极端不信任，另一方面，大陆生活的人对于香港发生游行的原因知之甚少，媒体报道着暴力冲突，人员伤亡，以及国旗尊严，却鲜少提起原因。最终香港的所有游行者，被政府或者说我们定性为了“暴民”，一时间媒体上充斥着对“暴民”的声讨和大家的红旗爱国宣言，没有其他任何的声音。香港这四百多平方公里，几百万人民比起我们这几百万和十多亿实在是太小了，我们力量悬殊，这场较量没有任何公平或者道理可言。最后，在这里，不论地域差别，我尊重你们每一个为自由而战的人！
