I'm yet another lover of Tetris Attack. As soon as I discovered emulation I got right back into it. I'm 34 now but had this game when I was younger. One of the best games I've ever played. Top 6 easily! I'd love to know why they make the moves they're making in order to make longer combos. It would also be interesting to know how long these guys have played and how old they are. This is so fucking sick!!!

I’d say both these guys are same age bracket as yourself. Two of the best to still do it to this day. Played the games growing up, and started competing in speedrunning in 2013 and sprinkle in some pvp here and there like this match.

6:12 glitch: when he move the green panel block, he passed over the other two green panel and didn’t trigger the 3-green panel match downwards.

i know i'm a year late but that's not actually a glitch, if u go past it quick enough that's something that always happens and it's used in high level play very frequently

@@anthonyguarino4242 that's not tas u can easily do that in normal play, u just have to time the swap and the movement input really quickly back to back, it's pretty easy to do if u practice it

the international competitive level is noobtarded. the slow cell by cell breakup of big rocks gives top players far too much time to plan and arranage blocks. The game needs modding, fast rock breakups are necessary.
