The surveys also revealed that the Philippine society has five (5) distinct classes i.e. A & B, presumably the rich and gated communities, C probably what can be called the middle class and lastly D & E, the poor or what Ms Leni Robrero refer too as the ‘laylayan’. According to Mr Vilora, former head of National Statistics Office, 47% of the voters belong to D & E which roughly represents at least 30M. The Philippines has 124M population, we can safely assume that almost 50% or more of this number belong to the poor. If we just double the 30M, it clearly shows that our country has not progress at all as it should.✌️

Negative campaigning that showed condescending and repulsive attitudes of the supporters and the candidates themselves is just one major factor. There’s the marriage or unification between the big political names and representation of the North and South constituents called Uniteam.
