There is a huge difference between two people sleeping in one bed with duvet covering them and people naked in a toilet. When you were making sex in the toilet nothing covered you, your pants were visible down both of you were breathing heavily (it even alerted the group of housemates who even ran to the toilet just to have a sneak preview) there was no duvet.
