BBOY C-LIL | PALADIN

Who would have imagined that a seemingly normal kid from Laos would put his country in the breakdance map and would transcend the difficulty of powermoves to a nearly superhuman level?
C-Lil is a name that is and most certainly will always be in everyone’s mouth when talking about to the hardest move in breakdance: the real one-handed-airflare. Despite Bboy Punisher from France created the move, not only did C-Lil mastered it, he managed to perfect it to the point where it has become his trademark. Doing 2 continuous real-one-handed is already world-class, but doing 5 in a row set him apart from everybody else in the history of the sport for quite a while.
C-Lil held the world record for the most continuous real-one-handed airflares for SEVEN years (5 - September 18th, 2015 ). It took nearly a decade for somebody else to break his record, which is a testament to how high C-Lil set the standard of difficulty for the most difficult move in powermoves.
His impact in powermoves, and in breakdance consequently, may be overlooked right now since he’s still active, but when the day comes when he is no longer dancing, there will be no doubt at all that he had a revolutionary impact in the sport.
Coming from a humble upbringing in Laos, his notorious phrase will forever live in the hearts of those who ever wondered what drove this man to achieve this level of notoriety in such a physically demanding sport: “I have no money, but I have powermoves”
