Ooo, noice video, mate! Here's a couple of my thoughts Bluey having non-gluten products might indicate that a friend of hers (namely Indy) is unable to eat gluten, and Calypso uses a protocol to prevent accidents (since Bluey is seen being able to eat gluten on multiple ocassions). Bingo could still have a gluten intolerance rather than celiac disease, still being able to eat gluten but just not on a regular basis. (The celiac disease part being trialled but not followed through) (Also both of the Trains' household explanation could work; the 'house plan is inconsistent' in RL, and the 'Bandit took the chairs up the stairs behind the scenes' for the in-universe one.

This implies that they were in fact hiding chattermax, because in the episode where they play hide and seek, Bluey tries to turn off chattermax, but then realizes that he doesn't have an off button.
