We talk about his background, growing up in Italy, his culinary background, his moving to the United States and eventually getting to his now home, Austin, Texas. We go deeply into his passion for BBQ which pushed him to his time at Kerlin BBQ and eventually to Loro and where he now works, Franklin Barbecue. We end by talking about his cool new film project.
