What size round and tube did you use for your hinges? What round did you use for the jig?

The round stock I use is 5/8", and I machined the tube to be a 5/8" fit and then sliced it with a cutting wheel to allow for expansion with the heat. What I do now is use a brass bushing with a 5/8" I'd and a 3/4" od and use 3/4" id tubing
