What are the dimensions of this product? I have an older Brinkmann Pitmaster and would like to order this if it will fit correctly.

Hi Justin, great product and I plan to purchase. Concern/question I have is what about if one uses a drip pan or water pan when smoking. this would then cover the holes which woudl then sorta take away from their intended purpose. Thoughts? experience? Or anyone else have an experience they can share?

Hey Frank. I just bought a tuning plate from bbqsmokermods.com for my Char-Griller Smokin' Champ model 1624 and will install it tomorrow. Will have to drill any holes to install it? Aslo, I just bought the new Char-Griller Grand Champ XD model 8250. Are you going to be making the baffle plate for that model also.?

Hi Buddy, We generally don't drill holes. It does not need to be mounted. That way you can remove to clean. For you 8250, please contact us with the cook chamber dimensions and we will see what we can do . thanks Justin
