Building this for my 10 year old son to race against 110s at the pit bike track. This is the first video Ive seen if someone actually ridingnit on a pit bike track to get a feel for the power. Im so stoked to see him ride it

That’s awesome! I was able to keep up with 110s fairly easily, as long as I kept my momentum and rpm’s up, since the 110s have a little more grunt down low.

What is the jetting with that carb

I forget exactly what it was, but I just took bbr’s jetting and went from there, and it wasn’t very far off

In my opinion T Bolt USA inserted the Pioneer on engine rebuilding you can buy all the parts from them and have your engine fully modified and shipped to you run ready and test it I've heard so many good stories about them.

Which head is that?! And good lord those ports are huge lol
@tuckerbeddiges6 ай бұрын
Tb race head for Honda mini motors. And believe it or not, the ports aren’t much bigger at all than stock, I mainly just matched the intake, blended the seat into the bowl, and shaved down the valve guide

Yes, as long as you change the oil and check the valves they will last a very long time
