If you have not done so already, I would suggest turning up the throttle to full speed. The auto feed stops feeding the limbs based upon the engine RPM. So, increasing the engine RPM will allow the chipper to do more chipping before the engine slows down enough to shut off the auto feed. I have a BC625 and found that the limbs feed much more quickly if the engine throttle is set to high. Just my $0.02.

I have the same as yours but the auto feeding seems to be not working properly, when lowers rps the roller won’t stop. And i was checking and one wire is cut but I don’t know where to conected. Can you send me a video of the wire connections of your shipper????

I think anything less than this chipper is waist of money. The minimum chipper should do this kind of work. Tanks

My thoughts as well...or that is a slow machine. I was considering buying one used, but for similar money, I could get a faster machine to run off my tractor pto and chip 8" diameter brush.

@@vclubamp You can turn up the feed speed, this one was set to auto feed with rpms barely dropping, needs a tweaking from what i see. They are great machines, made me alot of money!!

@@577buttfan I would hope so, I have an old DR 18hp chipper, gravity/pinch fed, and it would run absolute circles around this on similar pine branches. It won't do 6" material, but when sharp and set up it will make you run yourself to death feeding it. I just wish it had a chute to blow into a trailer or box bed.

@@matthewtaylor2185 yeah I need something towable with a chute.

You wouldn't get much done with this machine as a professional.............
