I applied for non-Express Entry of BC PNP Skills Immigration - International Post-Graduate. It (below) says I do not need a language test, and I already got the nomination without it. But now there's a section of "Proof of language proficiency (required)" in the PR application, so I am unsure whether I need the test. Thanks for any comments. "Since July 1, 2012, most applicants to Provincial/Territorial Nominee classes in semi or low-skilled professions that fall under National Occupation Classification (NOC) TEER 4 and 5 are required to complete a language proficiency test from one of the following designated agencies: IELTS (General Training test only), CELPIP (General test only), and/or TEF. You must include a copy of your language test results with your application to IRCC."

Hi, what is the usual time to get ITA from BCPNP with valid job offer and skill A with language CLB7. What will happen if no ITA is issued within 1 year after registration in BCPNP?

What is your BC Skills PNP score? If you are not invited in a year, BC PNP will notify you to submit your application again if applicable.

Noc c semi skilled workers can apply pr through this program

You can't apply through the Skilled worker steam. You must apply through the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled worker stream. Entry Level and Semi-Skilled is only for selected NOC C & D occupations and if your occupation is eligible you can apply. Hello, sir! I didn't get it. I have to have a valid job offer to enroll to this program, so why not to use Express Entry. On Express Entry job offer adds 600 points, or this program helps to get job offer somehow?

Not everyone qualifies for Express Entry. Some might get a job offer but not have enough score in language test, age factor and points for work experience. But if one has CLB 7 in language test, is between 21 - 30 years of age, has 5 yeas of work experience and a bachelors degree can apply through Express Entry with a job offer without a PNP. A job offer only gives you 50 -200 points on the EE CRS system.

Important note : there is a difference in job offer letter w.r.t end date is not there in BC as in others provence This is what is stated: as per today 2023 may If you apply with a valid job offer in one of the eligible tech occupations, your job offer must be for at least one year (365 days). The job offer must also have at least 120 days remaining at the time of application to the BC PNP. Looking for the confirmation of my information by anyone Because this will help a lot of IT since we have letter 100% with end date as per Visa and those don't have location constraints can asked for relocation
