I went to see last week and I must say its Worst 2 BHK design ever. They claim after 2-3 years the price appreciates to 70L but its a bullshit. No drawing room/hall, you enter directly to kitchen from main door entrance. No family likes to buy it after 2,3 years for such hefty price. You will have hard time after 2 years. They don't give you in writing that they will take accountability after 2 years. Be careful
