Why there is not a OR gate at the outputs since AND gate would lead to 0 output

At a time one AND gate would give 1 output

@@aasaanpadhaai but the output would also be dependening on other input lines as AND gate is only high when all the inputs are high so if only single line corresponding to the input line is high all others are low, it should lead to a 0 output but we are getting 1 at the output.

Consider the line D0...it is connected to w'x'y'z' When w=x=y=z= 0, Their complements will be 1 so w'.x'.y'.z'=1 so D0 will be one it means when all inputs are zero,we get D0 =1
