Flat triggers are from airsoft and really depend on which one you end up getting. They're all going to be a bit different and will require modding. Hard to make a guide, but we did just release a gearbox guide which will get you access to the trigger.

How does the talon mag one work? does it need shell cutting? Please explain more!

Yes, it requires shell cutting. We intend on releasing a mag cutting guide and template in the near future

Yes, you will need to slim down the pusher to fit talons
