how tall are these guys? i am 6’2 and feel like my build would work very well at 155, but i’m curious what the avg height for the weight class is for reference. my grappling game is very complete so i’m not worried about the challenges that come with facing a shorter and stockier opponent on the ground, but the reach advantage id have (especially in my legs) at this weight class is seems like a dangerous tool and an enjoyable at that

6'2 at 155, looks like you will have to cut weight and either way you'll have to be a volume striker because you will lose power making weight

It’s always less about height than it is about where your natural weight is at. Ideally? Cut as low as your body will maintain strength at. I walk around at 160, so my weight class is 135.
