Many thanks for this video... as usual the instructions for a product made in China might have well been in Chinese for all the good they were!! My messages to the supplier went completely unanswered too - so finding your video has saved me making a complete mess of using the product. My main problem now is that my tank is almost 4ft up on top of an antique chest... so access with something like this product is going to be interesting!!

Do put fresh water back in or do u somehow clean the water in the bucket u just filled. How much water do you remove from the tank.

You can do both, I usually always like to take 5 to 10 gallons out and replace. But I love having the option of doing a water change or just do some quick clean up and maintenance

Are you still using this product? Is it still working well please? So many out there and for someone that is new and has Carpal tunnel in both wrists, this one looks less clumsy. Most others have bad reviews and look way to bug for small hands 😂 Thanks so much for taking the time. Appreciate it. ✨

So I still use it to spot clean, in your case, get a bench to stand on to lessen the strain on your wrists. However it does seem okay for me with no strain.

It did have the landing pad, I honestly missed it until days later I found it at the very bottom of the bag, so it was in there.
