Great job, Linda!! Thank you, Jason, for sharing this with us. In my many decades in the coal mines, mountains, woeking offroad, working with heavy equipment, being a trucker, being a labourer on consteuction sites and working in warehouses, I was always curious about becoming a safety officer. I was shocked to see how much you have to achieve and spend to get a position. I have seen dozens of people get safety positions with zero experience and it was frustrating and stressful. I knew I deserved the position for the last two decades. So, now, I am going full tilt on it. My family supports me, but I am also the one carrying my household financially. This is going to be hard to juggle. But, we need it. *THANK YOU* for this help and clarification in the video. 😊
