How do you add text to skills? the key combination? I go to the cd time settings and in notes i write the text but it does not appear :(

you press K then bottom of that tab it says skill cooldown slot and it will open small tap on ur left then find the skills u want, place numbers on them CD 1 2 3 4 etc and under does skills u will see a pen you can write what ever u want on it then u go into UI and in middle left side of ur UI screen should be those numbers CD 1 2 3 4 etc and then u just move them around as u wish press save.

oh, i'm sry. i could find your descirbtion in 0:40 how do you think about damage of Fissure Wave? in KR server, people usally thinik, that skill's priority is one of the best in generall.

The text under the cooldown? 1. Open skill window 2. Cooldown button at bottom right 3. Add the cooldowns 4. Below the icons and cooldown number, there's a note section. Write it in there 5. Profit

For lower cap spots like crypt/ash/sycraia yes. There's a chart in witch info channel in my discord, for where each lightstone set would be better.

You skill rotation is so fast, fps or addons

Please correct me if I am wrong here. A combination. High fps. Keeping up the cast speed buffs at all times. Addons. Properly executing spells. The trick is to rotate all the cast speed buffs (spell speed, the awakening e buff (forgot name), the pre-awakening buff and BSR absorption). This way you'll have perma casting speed boost. Making you dish out damage at 20% the speed roughly, if not a bit more w/ BSR. It is the difference between killing a pack before it turns vs after 1 turn at gyfin.
