how do you unlock the crystal slot for dosa? doesnt it need karanda heart on awakening weapon

You need to reform the "Marni's Pocket Watch" with the karanda's heart. Unfortunately we can't tag it with other characters.

They actually buffed the attack speed on some of his skills. Are you on console? maybe they haven't updated it on your side.
