The big problem with Dracanir is that the heal is too strong, heal+iFrame, Heal+PA+SA. Not including the huge damage. and free movement. I play Witch and still don't feel the heal and PA skill. Mine is as strong as Dracanir.

They're not really busted. They're strong for what they do outside of large-scale. They said before the PvP balance changes that the goal was to highlight the classes strengths. Some are good at large-scale, others aren't. If you're good at your class, it doesn't matter.
